All non-custom orders will ship within 1-2 business days after your order is processed. Business Days refers to Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays. 

If you have any special requests or need to confirm expedited overnight or 2-day shipping, please contact us by phone at 844-41-84641 (CHOIR) during our business hours (Mon-Fri 9-5pm EST) and we will do our best to accommodate. 

We are not responsible for delays due to weather, carrier delays, or incorrect addresses provided. Please make sure you allow adequate time for your order to arrive.

We use Fedex and USPS for all U.S. shipments. Standard shipping time estimate (after processing) is as the chart below. 

 

 

Please Note: Due to the impacts of the COVID-19 Pandemic, we are unable to issue money-back guarantee refund for Overnight and 2-Day delivery. However, should siginificant delay (>3 days) occurs, please contact us for resolutions. We will gladly send you a replacement or a refund.
